Day of Defeat problems!

Hey guys,

I have an Nvidia FX5600 XT Video card, pretty old I think, I was trying to play day of defeat on the net last night and I can login with my video settings in game set to OpenGL and 800X600. My problem is when I'm moving in game the card seems to be lagging a little bit when moving, every 30 steps I get a little pause in the game then it continues fine for 30 more steps and it repeats it over and over. I have just upgraded my video card drivers to the newest ones for the make of my card.

Any suggestions would be great.

What are the specs of the rest of your PC?
I would say it's time to buy a new graphics card!
