Delayed Write failed Error...help

Ok guys i have a slight problem... I am trying to install ATI's Drivers but whenever i do i get a Windows- DELAYED WRITE FAILED error.. windows was unable to save all the data for the file WINDOWS\System32\SET148.tmp

what should i do.. there is no way i am formatting my hard drive lol
