I work out of my truck and have my laptop on power from the vehicle. The battery was low and I hit f-1 power override thinking the external power was plugged in. The laptop went off 10 minutes later. I have hooked it up to external power at the house and the green charge light won't come on. The laptop is non responsive to everything.

any ideas? CMOS battery maybe?

Replace the laptops battery. A bad battery can cause this type of trouble. Remove the battery and see if the home power will again run the laptop
