Dell Inspiron Help Please

My Dell laptop does not come on properly, it does make a beeping sound and some of the lights come on.

Any help will be appreciated.

We need to know your Inspiron model, Windows Version, age of computer, amount of memory installed, and anything else you can tell us about the computer's history.
What we know now is that it could be anything.
