  1. I want to disable AGP fast write because i'm getting the infinite loop error. I went into BIOS to turn it off but it wasn't there? How else can i turn off agp fast write?

    You can't.

Try updating the BIOS in case the feature has been added later. You can also try turning down other AGP settings like 2x/4x.

    Not in BIOS either

Turning down 2x/4x is not an option in the BIOS either. Can that be found anywhere else? Thanks in advance.

The only way to set this sort of hardware parameters is via BIOS or jumpers. If your BIOS doesn't have the option (not even the latest version) then you can look for jumpers on the motherboard or the video card itself.
