Display freezing

Hi guys
I have a problem regarding my PC. Once every 3 minutes, my PC display freezes for about 15 seconds then resumes to work normally. The interesting thing is that during these 15 seconds only my display freezes while everything else works normally. For example if I am playing a Shooter Game and my display freezes, I am still able to shoot guns and move my character during this freeze, but the screen is simply frozen.

Here are my computer specifications:
Processor: 2.33 ghz Q8200 Core 2 Quad
Ram: 4Gb DDR 2
Video card: Nvidia xfx 9600 512 mb 256 bit
Supply: 350 Watt
Hard Disk: 350 GB
OS: Window Vista Ultimate 64 bit

Already updated with the latest drivers, and recently formatted and reinstalled windows.

Well im not pro, but try to install programs for cleaning your pc from errors like TuneUp Utilities, AusLogic BoostSpeed, CCleaner...Maybe you got virus in pc, so try to scan it. These are the basics. And if problem still exist and no one can help you, you can try to reinstall system.
