Empty error box with a UD icon

Hello!

I am in grave need of help, but i'm a bit of a noob so please bear with me.

I keep getting this error box. It pops up all the time. I can close it but i keeps popping up. There's a new process in my task manager each time the box pops up: the process is mssvc.exe and it's filed as a system process.
There's nothing inside the box on the desktop, but a reflection of the screen underneath it.

Please help me.

mssvc.exe is a process associated with the Tucows StealthDisk application used for hiding and encrypting files and folders.

Maybe someone is hiding something from you !
