So this comment is 2 years later...

GT 1030 is slower than the RX550, According to UserBenchmark:
Reflections are 94% faster on RX550
Parallax are 22% faster on RX550
Splatting is 62% faster on RX550
MRender is 60% faster on RX550

Average user benchmark is the RX550 being 8% faster than the GT1030, a completely different story than in 2017!
