Every game I play is lagging AF after format

So I Have recently formatted my pc..after I did it every game I play was lagging but the browsing is still good
BTW I have already installed .Net Framework For My Pc and the spes Of My Laptop is:
Dell inspiron 3000 series
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4005U CPU @ 1.70GHz, 1700 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
BTW all the game I played used to work fine before PLEase Help...............
