External drive not detected

this is manikandan..... i am have problem with my western digital external hard drive. it is not detecting...... please help me

i want all the data back everthing is very important..... it is showing in device manager-->USB controllers....

Can you see the drive in Disk Management?

Not that this will help at this point but you should never store important files in only one location. Your external drive should just be a backup.
