I have been struggling with this problem for a long time so I would appreciate any help in this matter!
So half of the times (or more) when I try to start up my PC my fans go in overdrive and I get no boot at all. When I shut down and start again the system starts up perfectly normal or again in overdrive. I have no idea what is the cause of this problem.
I have always had this issue even before I moved countries and changed my chassis and power supply.
