Flashed BIOS and now won't boot

I flashed the bios on my motherboard as it was quite outdated and now it won't even boot. What can I do? (video below)

As indicated in the article of the previous post, some motherboards have techniques (like a second BIOS) to permit you to recover.....(download and) read your mobo manual...ask the maker. Fingers-crossed.
