I was having this same problem where i was connected to a router and connection was found but everytime i clicked on browser it said "server not found"
The first thing i tried was to release ip and renew but it didnt work. This is what I did to fix it:
Command prompt
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
that should do it my problem was the last digit on ip was wrong and that reset it
