Formatting windows, Drivers missing from cd...

I have recently formatted my computer. Now when I try to install windows around 62% of the copying files part, it starts to list files that cannot be copied to the system. I have the option to skip the file, but eventually, so many files are skipped that the system just restarts. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks in advance.

I have tried other windows cds and versions, and different cd drives and hard drives. I just don't understand the problem.

examine the disk for smudges, scratches etc.. if the disk is clean it could still be defective. OR it could be that the optical drive you are using for the install is defective.
