Hi all this is my first problem post, im ghbnic (aka nic) I think this is the right section for my problem, but please forgive us if im wrong. It a problem regarding my Foxconn p4m900-8237a skt 775 mobo. It keeps freezing, getting BSD and or just rebooting, now there is no time scale or what your doin, it could be while windows is loading, or while playing muisc, booting up, watchin videos, browsing the net or just in idle.
It has even froze on me while in bios.
When i go to reinstall windows either vista (which it came with) or xp pro it freezes at the 'installing devices' part. So to get a fresh install on there i have put it on by puttin the HDD in another PC install windows then swap it back.
Things i have done so far:
Ran Memtest (froze on all tests with dif RAM stick in each time)
Cleaned inside out for dust
Re flashed the bios to the 18/08/08 ver was 26/05/06
Disabled everything thats onboard
Updated ALL drivers/ disabled all drivers
Tried another PSU (more powerful)
Fresh install/ vista basic and xp pro
Tried 2 HDD 1 sata 1 IDE
Tried different RAM both 533 and 667 ( tried ram in my other pc memtest ran fine)
Put PCI-E GPU in it.
All above has been tried though advice on google search but non seem to help me. Most cases comes to either onboard network,sound, graphics or Drivers.but all have been disabled or updated, So i stuck, this has been happenin for the last 3 days now and dont know what to try next.

Managed to get info off its now struggling to load windows with out freezin or restarting.
Spec is Intel Celeron D 320, 1.5 gig DDR667 ram Win XP sp2.
Esystem Ei205.
