Windows XP rebooting intermitently

I have a computer with Windows XP Professional SP3, Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2200 processor and 2 GB RAM. About 3 days ago, it rebooted while I was working on it. Today, it rebooted again. Both times, there was an event numbered 1001 in the Event Viewer (eventvwr), whose source was "Save Dump".

In the first reboot, the event 1001 had the following description:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. This bugcheck was: 0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0xbf9571fe, 0xa6947c00, 0x00000000). A memory dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini072113-01.dmp.

In the second reboot, the event 1001 had the following description:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. This bugcheck was: 0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0xbf862288, 0xa6426ae4, 0x00000000). A memory dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini072413-01.dmp.

Both times, the 1001 "Save Dump" event was also followed by a 1003 event, whose source was "System Error", and whose description was (for the first and second reboots, respectively):

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bf862288, parameter3 a6426ae4, parameter4 00000000.

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bf9571fe, parameter3 a6947c00, parameter4 00000000.

I've attached the memory dumps of both reboots here, in a ZIP archive. Could someone analyze them, to discover what caused the problem?

Any help would be appreciated.
