Freezing trouble

As you said there are no critical errors; it may mean no hardware related issues. However, do you remember what exactly you were running/doing when it freezed last time around?

I was reading an article online. The time before that I was in a densley populated battleground on a game.

Well check out all the fans are running alright (e.g. CPU fan and others)?

It's not a very expensive thing, but the fans are working, a little dusty but definatley working.

I'm going to sound stupid now, but once I've got this patch off (somehow, I just got 3 .dll files and I'm like :what: ) I'm going to dust it out, etc. Really I should have done that first >.<

hehe, its never to late, if you have air canister or something like that it will be good use as well.

I'll have a look around. This .Rar is getting on my nerves, I accidently closed the file and now I can't find it, I've checked to downloads file too. >.<

open the software you used to open the rar file, and look into its recently opened files list in File Menu.

I don't understand, these are the files I've just downloaded, I downloaded, extracted to C:\Users\[User]\Downloads\UxTheme Patcher Pack and then got confused as to what to do next.

oh; i thought you have run the utility to unpatch your system. I'll see and prepare the easiest possible way for yo to implement that unpatching process tomorrow. I have to get some other things done which are not on PC

That would be brilliant! Thanks for all your help! I'm sorry for my incompetence, I just get 3 files with random names and I know they have to replace another file, but where is a complete wonder to me.

You can download the patcher from this url.

The download contains an execution file which either patches or uninstall the patch.

By the way, did servicing your pc helped in anyway?

This is for Service pack 1, shall I try it anyway? It also just seems to replace files, rather than actually remove, I have none to re-replace them with, if you get me.

Seems alright to me i guess. By the way if you have any important data on your system make a backup copy on DVD or any other media such as external HDD if you can
