Games & Folding at Home Confliction.

Some of my games, about half of them conflict with Folding at Home. When I launch a game when I am folding it launches then after about five seconds it minimizes to windows, I maximize it again and it just keeps minimizing. If i stop folding, quit the application I have no problems with any of my games. Not sure which games it conflicts with but most recently it conflicts with Warcraft III as I am currently playing this.

If anyone can help me solve this confliction it would be greatly appreciated. As it is I cant fold whilst gaming.

The folding program lives in the system tray, right? I have had issues with tray programs stealing focus.

Try setting the folding thing so that it doesn't show in system tray. Maybe have it in a window and not minimised or whatever.
