Gathering Exception Data in HALO

everytime I try to boot into HALO it exits and gives me a Gather Exception Data error, then asks if i want to send an error report or not!

Specs:
Mobo: Abit IP-95
Pentium D 2.8 ghz @ 3.20ghz
256mb NVidia Geforce 6800FX
1gb of Cosair Value Save ram
