  1. I have been playing the game for awhile now and just started getting these BSOD's. Before I can even get onto my character it freezes, blue screen, memory dump, restart computer.
    System:
    Microsoft Windows XP
    Home Edition
    Version 2002
    Service Pack 3

    Dell Optiplex GX520
    Intel(R)
    Pentium(r) 4CPU 3.00GHz
    2.99GHz, 1.99 GB of RAM

Please Help I honestly do not know what to do and I dont know that much about computers :(

Does this only happen with wow?

If so you could try running the blizzard repair tool in your game installation directory.

If it only happens with wow and no other games or software i would point the finger of blame at my wow installation.

If it occurs in other games and programs, you may have a hardware issue.

I noticed you have opened 2 threads on this same issue. As stated in the other replies, it may be a memory problem. but if you are not having any other problems apart from wow, i can not see this being the case.
