Solved Google searches are redirecting and I have a false anti-virus auto-installed

Seems that everything is working well. Only one "Page cannot be displayed" message since and that's on a website that I know is frequently down. No fake virus programs coming up, no pop-up tabs, and no redirection on Google searches. Seems it's as good as before!

Do I get a jumping Tigger now?
