Hangs at the loading screen

  1. OS: Vista Home Premium
I've just got done cleaning out a ton of viruses in safemode. Ran combofix, spybot, super antispyware, malwarebytes. The usual.

It boots up in normal mode now. Most exe files freeze up after 5 seconds of running. Thus, I can't run a Vista repair, because apparently Vista needs to use normal mode for a repair.... retarded. And thus setup.exe freezes.

I was getting the KSOD (explorer wouldn't load unless you end it then restart it) before, sfc /scannow fixed that.

I've reenabled the built-in Administrator profile, but it hangs at the loading screen on a normal startup. I've tried making a new user(named Temp) and that also hangs on normal start. Both start safemode fine.

    Can anyone shed some light?

Running ComboFix without guidance is not recommended. Please follow the Virus and Malware Removal steps here:

Attach all three logs when through which is what should have been done originally.

Please advise how much installed RAM is on the system.
