Have a critical system error message in tray

I see that a lot of people have similar issues... I downloaded hijackthis.... Could someone please tell me what to do next to get rid of the problem.

Your system has a nasty infection.

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
