HELP!!! Bad Image Error

The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\aretx.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

I keep getting these kind of errors when starup


I'm not really an expert with computers, so i would be greatful if you could explain clearly the problem.
