Help ! Fonts to big

Hi guys

fairly new here so not sure if ive posted in the correct area , im helping my disabled friend with his pc im ok with most of the pc stuff but this one is getting to me , his problem is that when he composes a email his fonts and headers are too big ? ive been into accessabilty and check a few boxes which solve the prolem on his homepage but did not solve on his email page ? not sure where i can look .

You didn't mention which program he is using for e-mail...otherwise it's just guesswork on our end.
