Help i deleted sound card by accident

Hello I was looking to fix something on my pc when I saw I deleted sound card I have no sound for 9 months now but I didnt ask anyone for help.Can somone help im new into this.

Windows 10 I assume? Did you see this non-working sound card in the Device Manager? Most sound cards are built into the motherboard so you would look for the motherboard manufacturer and model to find the driver for your sound card. It might be a motherboard made for a major system builder like Dell, HP etc...in that case you go to the major manufacturer's website and find the support pages for your model of computer. This is also the same route you would take if you have a laptop. You would find the make and model of the laptop and search the support pages for 'Sound card driver' for your operating system.
