HELP - Major problems with rebooting!

Im getting this error message ''Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key'' when turning on my computer. It crashed after having 2 external hard drives plugged into it. I found that for some reason, at the top of the rebooting priority list, on BIOS was one of the external hard drives instead of my main hard drive. I changed this back to my main hard drive, and saved it, but my computer still wont load!

Any ideas please??

Any help at all would be HUGELY appreciated!

Many thanks

Paul

I would remove the 2nd harddrive and then setup the boot drive again in cmos. Make sure you have no cd in or turn off the boot to cd or USB drive if it is listed.

If that don't fix it, then there is a chance you may have toasted your boot drive.

The error to me seems to be windows is trying to start from a another drive tho and not the HD.

Hope that helps
