Help! New pc wont boot

When i switch the power on, all the fans spin up, apart from the CPU fan. I'm getting no signal to my monitor either, and no beeps. The CPU header and 24 and 8 pin power connectors seem to be in, any ideas what could be the problem here?

Corsair 520W

If you assembled this yourself:

110/220 v psu switch in 220 rather than 110 ?

motherboard shorting on case (standoff not in right spot, etc)

bad psu

bad mobo
