Help with bios (locked out)

So I've got a accer laptop from a client to fixed which says hard disk security unlock and I've tried looking for the cmos jumper but there isn't any and the cmos battery is soldered onto the board and I don't want to take the risk of resoldering since I have little experience with soldering...I've tried using my other method by using software but the pc won't give me the option to access the boot menu. Any idea for help on the situation?
