Helper.dll and c:\program files\common

I have completed the first eight steps and the c:\programs folder\commom will open when the computer boots. This started a while ago and I have gotten most of the problems resolved. I have run the cleaning programs several time so it is mostly clean.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
