High cpu usage

hi. i have a computer that's been peaking at 100% cpu at approximately 1 minute intervals. no programs have been installed, and no major had been done before this problem occured. does anybody have any suggestions?

Have a look in Task Manager, Processes and see what is running 100 %.

hi again. i system restored it back a month and now everything seems to be ok. thanks anyway
