Hijackthis log

:zzz: Hi, I have recently been having trouble with slow shutdowns (4 minutes+) I posted a thread in the windows OS forum and one of their suggestions was to post a log here. I installed and ran the following in safe mode but nothing was found: CCleaner, Lavasoft-Adaware, Spybot-Search & Destroy and windows defender I'm also using Norton.
