I just ran a few scans now and I found out I had a download virus that downloaded a few things, some of the things were deleted with the anti-virus and stuff but I just wanted to make sure im clean

I clicked a link in my forums and had a virus infect my PC, avast disconnected from it but I just want to make sure. I also ran AVG and Avast but couldnt find the virus but just to make sure
