How can I boost FPS without getting a new video card?

hey guys this is what i have for my system

processor:AMD e-450 apu with radeon (tm) HD grahpics 1.65ghz
Installed memory (RAM) 4.00gb (3.60 GB useable)

system type 64-bit operating system

comp model hp 2000 notebook pc

im trying to run the game Runescape but im only getting 6 fps and i am very laggy on it please help?

Try google chrome and lowering graphic settings to the lowest and choosing a smaller resoloution.

Im not entirely certain with the e450, but if you go into BIOS at startup you might be able to assign more ram to the e450 and make it slightly faster.
