How can I improve the sound of my Toshiba Qosmio F25?

I’m not very satisfied with the sound quality of my Toshiba Qosmio F25..

What can I do?

I use Sony MDR-V900 Monitor Series Headphones

You can get a sound card that will fit in the slot on a laptop. Here is one.

You poke it in the little slot in your laptop after installing the software. Your PCMICA slot. The little rectangle one. That shouldn't be to hard.
