How do I open up my laptop

its been three years since i got my laptop but now it keeps reving and turning itself off. from what i read on the internet the reason is because the fan might be covered in dust.

the thing is i was going to open up my laptop but i dont know how. i unscrewed the screws but the frame nor the keyboard will budge i also misplaced my user manual so the only resort is the internet.

the model is (acer) aspire 9300.

someone please help as soon as possible

I can't say if the information you seek is in your user guide but see if you can find it at Start > All Programs > AcerSystem > AcerSystem User Guide. It might or might not have the detail you're looking for but check it out anyway.

For what it's worth I checked the User Guide available at Acer's website and it said nothing about taking the case apart. Probably the same one.
