How to remove Trojan-Clicker.Win32.Agent.bu

Thanks to your forum I ran the on-line Kapersky virus scanner and it found I have Trojan-Clicker. The text of the scan is attached.
Could someone point me to directions for how to remove it, please?

P.S. I did run ewido per the directions prior to Kapersky

but it didn't find anything.

The reason Ewido didn`t find anything is because both of your infected files are in system restore.

The easiest way to get rid of these is, to turn off system restore. This will delete all your restore points, and the two infected files.

To turn off system restore. Right click my computer, and select properties, then the system restore tab. Tick the box that says "turn off system restore". Click apply/ok.

Once you have done this, run the online scanner again, and if it comes up clean, re-enable system restore.
