I have got a SATA/EIDE card for purpose of haveing a second DVD ROM.
The MoBo has only one secondary IDE plug and I have the HDD(Master) and the First DVD ROM(slave) in it now. How should I set Jumpers for the second DVD ROM?

You can only run two drives on any one IDE channel. If you want to run the second DVD on the SATA/EIDE expansion card, I would set it to master and once you have the card's drivers installed it should appear in the BIOS automatically.
In truth it would have been better to get a SATA hard drive and run that from the motherboard with the two optical drives running from the IDE channel - if not too late that would be the way to go.

Setting Master and Slave is only for IDE (PATA) channels. SATA only uses one cable per device. All you should need to do is plug it in and ensure that your BIOS recognizes it.:grinthumb
