HP Probook 440 G3 networking and internet problem

Hi,

I having problem networking and internet with my new issue HP Probook 440 G3 - Windows 7 Pro.
Both LAN and wifi are connected to internet. I want to disable internet on LAN but not disable networking which I connected to network printer and some shared folder in my office network. But at the same time, I want to connect to internet via my portable wifi broadband.

I already try many ways but the result still same. It slows my internet connection.
Last time with my previous laptop running Windows 10, I don't facing this kind of problem.

Please help me by showing step by step urgently cause it show stopper my works.
