Hyundai LD90+ White Screen Problem

Here is the problem, I have a new Hyundai LD09+ 19" LCD monitor and when I plug it in, I only get a white screen. When I press the On Screen Display buttons, nothing appears either. I have tried our other monitor in the same ports on the graphics card (Geforce Ti4200 with 1 DVI and 1 VGA). So the problem is not a faulty video card. I've connected the monitor in a dual monitor setup with the computer and I still have the same problem. When I reboot the computer the white screen disappears when the primary screen goes blank. When I boot the computer with the LD90+ as the primary monitor (single monitor) it still displays at white screen. I'm at a loss for what to do!

Same thing happened to me when I got mine. Just contact Hyundai. They'll swap it with a new one. They were very good to deal with.
