Everytime i try to burn data onto my CD-RW disks multiple times, i get an error message saying the disk is unuseable for some reason. It works fine the first few times, but come the third or forth time i try to re-record onto the disks i get the error message and the disk becomes useless and refuses to take any data. Is there a limit on the amount of times you can record onto the same CD-RW disk?

Yes there is a limit, but it is in the thousands. Have you done a full erase after this happens? Try a different burner.

Maybe you've forgotten to close the session / finalize the disc, and burned a multisession disc each time? That way you'd run out of space quickly.

Do you have Nero ?
Did you install Incd.It has to be installed seperatly.
Thats how you format rw's.
It doesn't install during NeroBurn.
I have Nero 6.
Others might call it something else.Read your manual or Help files.

In the Recorder menu of regular nero there is an option to erase disk. You don't need InCD installed.
