As I mentioned in some other thread, we upgraded our entire community backend and getting everything working exactly as it was will take us some time. A seamless update with service interruption whatsoever to begin with is a step in the right direction.
The upgrade involves many enhancements that you will eventually discover (in addition to better security and a more modern code base). But again, we are working to fix bugs where we can find them. With that said, I'm not seeing what you are seeing...
1. Cannot see comments counter on the main page anymore
I see comment count everywhere...
2. Alerts when clicked always come back with an error
We tested this and worked just fine, but will test again...
3. The forum mode became kind of flimsy, many things just do not work right, like this bloody editor here
The editor is actually much better and modern IMO
It is also much better for mobile posting if/as needed
4. My avatar shows up as 2 images in the forum list, instead of one - horrible!!!
I don't see that either, but if you can post a screenshot we will get it sorted.
