I have no sound at all people say its my sound card?

ok I came to this site cause I need help really bad

I opened up my computer and looked inside and I got the name QDI and then a site qdigrp.com and found nothing there
Also when I opened my computer I saw Superb 4E and I still got nothing
I need my speakers to listen to music I'm dying without them can someone help me?

People tell me its my soundcard or something I really don't know. Can someone give me a exact link please I'm going crazy without my speakers lol you'll be a life saver.

I also have Creative AudioPCI (ES1370) SB PCI 64/128 (WDM)

Download the EVEREST Ultimate Edition from

http://www.lavalys.com/support/downloads

It should tell you exactly what sound card you have.

check your device manager to see if the onboard audio is being used. Are your speakers plugged in to the motherboard connections or the Creative sound card? Sounds like maybe one is disabled maybe.
