I7 9th or waitting i7 10th?

Hello everybody I think i7 10th like the i9 9900 non K and K and intel will reduce the price and performance but I think i7 9700 is good choose for me at present because i7 9700 has 8c8t and the performance low than i9 9th 8c16 about 5-10%
I feel hard to choose i7 9700 or waitting i7 10th ?
if I buy i7 9700 can it run fine with mobo msi b365 motar ?
help me, please

A Core i7-9700K will work fine in an MSI B365 Mortar motherboard. However, if you plan on using memory faster than 2666 MHz, then you need to pick a different motherboard or just stick to the RAM running at that speed. To overclock the RAM, you'll need something like the Z390 version of the same motherboard.

It's easy to stay in the waiting game, hoping a new release will push down the prices of older products. However, that doesn't happen too much with Intel products when there's only one generation difference between the products. For example:

Newegg prices:
9700K - $405 (link)
8700K - $451 (link)
7700K - $470 (link)
6700K - $546 (link)

Amazon prices:
9700K - $405 (link)
8700K - $459 (link)
7700K - $519 (link)
6700K - $322 (link)

It's always possible to get better prices that these, but you're always better off getting the best CPU you can afford now, rather than waiting for a price drop.

hello sir, I don't need to OC ram because that cpu intel don't need high bus like cpu ryzen and you know that old cpu of intel will have the same price with new gen because intel know that you will buy old cpu to save your money if new cpu release :)
so that I will buy i7 9700 with msi b365 motar and use cooler master t400i stick it.
