And apparently the courts dont know what a VPN is, which most users of such sites will be using.

Heh I wouldn't put it pass them just yet let them get in contact with one of them/
Then force them via through court order.
Things will get too real and change mighty fast if the government gets nasty about it.
That is something all people don't need right now if they start to crack down which will happen soon.

Heh some of them do so of them don't, even if they are paid users.
The vpn service I use doesn't keep any so they say which is odd.
However with another fires to threaten the company in legal issues they will start talking.
