Kernel inpage error

Hello, I'm having KERNEL INPAGE ERROR and laptop restarts.. I have not installed any software, it just occured today. Windows 8.1.

Paging errors like these come from three sources

1. memory overlay
2. bad ram
3. bad disk

(1) is caused by infections and the other two need to be tested

I checked chdsk - all ok,
when memory check - at 20% it stopped.
I also cannot boot it until startup screen, it is really slow and won't boot after windows 8.1. icon.
