Inactive Keyboard issue

Hello I was, redirected here. Propably has some virus in my PC (some say in motherboard) My problem:
- Used 4 different keyboards
- Re installed Win , Change win 8-> 10 and back nothing worked
- Install and delete driver for keyboard nothing changed
- Scan PC by 3 diff best antivirus and delete every possible treath

Issues :
Every time I start any program (game) keyboard after some time start active these keys : W, A, J, ctrl, sometimes when I go to desktop (and games are still playing) can't write C V H
sometimes (is not that frequent) game got minimalized and start acting as I press windows button ( when I press C win start file searcher, when R start speaker etc..) It seems like windows button is somehow activated and still active, but without any cause !! All of these issues start without any special action, code, cheat or something.
- when I play original GTA IV game after sometime driving even I still press W car will stop drive. When I press W again car will drive again, and after sometime again. Than after sometime it will end. Then from nowhere I am in desktop with minimalize game, and win key shortcuts are active ... (this problem is in any game)
Have very powerful pc, and always antivir active. Anyone can help, or at least send me someone with same problem please !!!!!!!

I almost forget that worst thing, most of games has lags as sh*t specially GTA V but brutal doom seems lagged as well (20years old game) like something run on bacground, but nothing run ...

Not sure if I see any malware doing this especially after reinstalling Windows but we can run some checks...

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
