Kingston desktop memory module question

I am looking into purchasing this Kingston memory module for my desktop system.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Kingston-K...672771&hash=item44225db1ad:g:aO8AAOSwbShbQrly

However if you read the description section, it says "This memory module is for servers only, not desktops"

The Kingston website does not say that this module is for servers. Is there a difference? Can this module be used in my desktop system without problems?

The module is compatible with my (ASUS) motherboard memory specs so it should work.

Thanks for your help.

The seller is right read the below link to find out why.

If your mobo does indeed state on the memory compatibility chart that it will work.
Yeah you could buy the memory but, you really dont need that for a average desktop motherboard.
If you can manage to come up with 55.00 dollars this is the memory you will need.
Double check the ram list from asus to make sure it works.
