My language bar used to be at the bottom right hand side corner always,
but ever since some time ago, it started randomly popping in the middle of the screen like that.
I went to control panel, language + region and unchecked the keep it in taskbar option then it disappeared from the taskbar, but it still pops up randomly around my screen.
What can I do to fix this?
