Laptop Battery Fixing

Is there anyway to fix a Lithium-ion battery that does no longer hold a charge? I tried the freezing method with no postive results. It currently holds a charge for about 1 minute? lol

Yes, buy a new one (or good used one) on Ebay.

But that is neither fun or entertaining, i am not the only one who enjoys fixing things right? I have considered buying one before but i would rather fix it. No offence but Thanks for the useless idea.

RBS`s suggestion of buying a new battery, isn`t usless. In fact it`s the correct thing to do.

Once a lithium-ion battery is defective, there`s very little you can do to bring it back to life. This means, you will need to buy a replacement.

Be warned. Lithium is a dangerous element. Tying to open the battery pack isn`t recommended as any moisture in the air can ignite lithium. If this happened pouring water on a lithium fire would only make the fire worse and may well cause an explosion.
